Hey there! I’m Aedan Downey, a second-generation real estate agent, aspiring videographer, and student at the University of North Florida, where I’m studying Operations Management.

Real estate isn’t just a job for me, it’s a legacy, a passion, and a creative outlet. My goal is to make the home-buying and selling process feel less overwhelming and more approachable, using videos and social media to guide clients every step of the way.

Outside of helping people find their perfect homes, I spend my time behind the camera, filming home tours for other agents, capturing car cinematics, and growing my personal brand through videography.
